About a City, which since 2018 has involved researchers, academics and activists, aims to encourage discussion on urgencies, forms of urban poverty and crises affecting cities by bringing to light the claims, forms and actions to reverse a destiny that seems already sealed and lay the foundations to imagine fairer cities. About a City 2023 is a project of the G. Feltrinelli Foundation’s Cities and Urban Transformations Observatory.
