[Conference 🇪🇺] URBiNAT methods & concepts discussed during Greening Cities, Shaping Cities

Milan, October 13, 2020. URBiNAT attended the international research symposium “Greening Cities – Shaping Cities”, organised by the LabSimUrb ‘Fausto Curti’ research group at the Dept. of Architecture and Urban Studies (DAStU) of Politecnico di Milano. The research group is also involved in the European Commission Horizon 2020 programme funded project ‘CLEVER Cities’ more specifically in the context of the Milan municipality and the Co-creation Guidance and Framework.

Gonçalo Canto Moniz, CES, Portugal URBiNAT project coordinator, and Chiara Farinea, IAAC, joined the event at Politecnico di Milano, in Milan, Italy, and presented the paper “Inclusive Urban Regeneration with Citizens and Stakeholders: from Living Labs to URBiNAT’s Community of Practice”, on 12th October.

URBiNAT Consortium members Emma Bjorn (IKED, Sweden), Nathalie Nunes (CES, Portugal) and Knud Erik Hilding Hamann (DTI, Denmark) joined the event online and presented the paper “Citizen Engagement in URBiNAT Living Labs for The Co-creation of Nature-Based Solutions: Developing Categories, Rethinking Engagement and Sharpening Participation”, on 13th October.
