URBiNAT Consortium Meeting in Porto, 7-9 March 2024

URBiNAT Frontrunner City Porto will host the upcoming final consortium meeting from 7th to 9th March.

With the project coming to an end on 31st of March, this three-day event will initiate the conclusion of the URBiNAT project. This final consortium meeting will bring together consortium members from across Europe, political representatives from the participating cities, representatives of sister Horizon 2020 projects, and various other parties and local stakeholders.

The gathering provides a framework to reflect on the project’s successes and results, but also to share important lessons learned. It is of course a great opportunity to showcase the URBiNAT NBS-lined Healthy Corridor in the Campanhã district of Porto, which has been inaugurated in February this year after nearly 6 years of collaborative efforts involving the community, local authorities, and the URBiNAT project team.

Field visits and dedicated activities will allow to explore local developments and experience first-hand the transformative impact of the Healthy Corridor in the Campanhã district, as well as to meet local partners and citizens.

In short, it promises to be an exciting event to round off almost 6 years of collaboration and co-creation!
