NEWS COVERAGE, Nantes — June 26, 2019 [NANTES 🇫🇷] Billy the Tri – The Horse that helps to raise awareness about recycling in Nantes Nord Billy the Tri is a venerable old work horse who is used in the district of Nantes Nord to raise awareness about recycling among local children. He is owned by a local association that organises regular walk throughs of housing estates in the area of Nantes Nord, followed by groups of school children who are taught about the keeping their neighbourhoods litter-free, and the benefits of recycling. A very popular programme, socially, environmentally, and economically.
